For home and flat clearances our services include Probate clearances, loft clearances, end of tenancy clearances, single items, and full property clearances for renovations or home moves.

For office clearances, we cover furniture, computers and electrical equipment, and other fixtures and fittings where these are part of the clearance (we do not remove small fixtures and fittings on their own)

The whole process is very easy and straightforward. After you have made contact, we will give you a free no obligation quote, and if you’re happy for us to proceed, we will arrive at a time that suits you.

If there is a re-sale value in any of your items, we will make you an offer for these ourselves, or advise you on other possible options for selling.

If we do buy items from you, the agreed price is off-set against the costs for clearing any of your remaining items. Therefore in some cases we pay to do the job!

Being licensed waste carriers, unwanted items are transported to the nearest recycling facilities or donated to charity.
